You(“The Client”) will be eligible for a refund:
- If no services were rendered to you (“The Client”) by Franc Photography (“The Service Provider”) or,
- If the designated photographer from Franc Photography(“The Service Provider”) did not show up to your Event/Wedding/Show as agreed upon with you (“The Client”) or,
- If You (“The Client”) did not receive any content/images/video/product from Franc Photography (“The Service provider”) as per the agreed quote (“either verbally or via a electronic quotation”) of your event within 120 days
Other than the above exceptions, there will be no refunds after services have been rendered to You(“The Client”) by Franc Photography(“The Service Provider”) . Thank you kindly in advance
